The Social Media was inundated with reports that former Governor of Abia State and Chief Whip of the Nigerian Senate, Dr, Orji Uzor-Kalu’s vote for his party, the All Progressives Congress, APC in the ongoing presidential and National Assembly elections.
The news says that the vote of the
Senator was voided as his thump-print overlapped into the next space, voiding
his vote.
But in a swift reaction, Orji Uzor-Kalu
cleared the air as “Precious Eze’s Blog” reachedout to him to get clarity on the trending
story and this was his reaction.
“This is my modest effort to discountenance
the Void Vote Scandal trending online against me. I voted APC and I am proud of
my choice”.
