The former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission and Director of New Media for the Peoples Democratic Party's Governorship Campaign Council in Rivers State, Mrs. Tamunoibim Semenitari has won her ward, in Abam for her preferred candidate for Governor and PDP's governorship candidate, Siminilayi Fubara.

In the original results exclusively obtained by "Precious Eze's Blog" in Abam, ward 5, unit 008 in Okrikka, Sim Fubara of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, pulled 122 votes to defeat the candidate of her former boss, Rotimi Amaechi, ie, Tonye Cole of the All Progressives Congress, APC who came a distant second with 34 votes.

The candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, Magnus Abe scored 7 votes while the Labour Party's candidate, Beatrice Itubo came fourth with 4 votes.

There was a development in Okrika, ward 5, unit 27, where the younger brother of one Adamu and three others hijacked the ballot boxes because the PDP was winning.
