The new Governor of Rivers State, Mr. Siminalayi Fubara today took his Oath of office as the 6th democratically elected Governor of the state affer taking over from Barrister Nyesom Wike.

Some few minutes after his swearing in, the Governor took to his twitter page to assure Rivers people of what to expect from their government working together with them as the head.

According to him, "In our government we shall be bold and firm in our decisions to provide quality leadership".

We love the fact the he recognizes that the government which he has taken over to spearhead would be successful if there is a symbiotic working relationship between himself as the Governor and the people of Rivers State.
