The case of Chief Mrs. Remi Adiukwu is that if what the proverb say, that man proposes, God disposes, which pays credence to the fact that the woman whom the doctors of the world said was going to die, today, the 20th of August, held a thanksgiving service and naming of her great grand child in Lagos.
Chief Mrs. Remi Adiukwu gathered her friends, her associates, political family who came to celebrate a woman known for her open mindedness and rose from being a pioneer Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affair, later Commissioner for Commerce and Industry to being the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.
Speaking to "Precious Eze's Blog" on the new development in her family, Chief Mrs. Remi Adiukwu says, "It is exciting to be a great grand mother, for someone whom the doctors said was going to die, that was what the doctors told me, but God gave me a second chance, not only that, He added a great grand child to the family, I am excited, humbled and grateful to Him".
Speaking further, the celebrant says again, there are not enough words to say thank you to God and I promise to dedicate my life more now to serving Him the rest of my life here on earth.
