Nollywood Actor, Yul Edochie's First Wife, May Sues Him & Judy Austin For N100M In Damages For Adultery.

"Precious Eze's Blog" has just been informed that the first wife of Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, May Yul-Edochie has through her counsels, Femi Falana Chambers filed a divorce petition against her husband, Yul and another case against his second wife, Judy Austin asking for N100million in damages against her for committing adultery with her husband, Yul.

According to May Edochie, Yul and Judy Austin cannot be husband and wife until Yul Edochie properly divorces her and what they two are doing is a combination of delusion and absurdity, especially for the two of them to refer to themselves as husband and wife yet.

Available information to "Precious Eze's Blog" has it that both Yul and Judy are aware of the lawsuit having received copies of the suit papers by email, as Yul and Judy are avoiding service of the process upon them with the court bailiff trying several times to serve them in accordance with the rule of the court, but they evaded service of court process.

Yul and Judy are said to be facing serious legal challenges and they seem ill-prepared for them given the fact that they have been evading service of court process and in addition to the petition, May also filed for an order of court restraining Yul from accessing their former matrimonial home, an application that is based on the fact that there are genuine security and safety concerns.

Yul Edochie's behavior has since been erratic, irrational, aggressive and increasingly threatening as he seem to have been under some influence, the full extent and scope of which are yet to be ascertained, but measures are being taken to protect May and her children.
