The appeal court annulled his election into the senate in a unanimous judgement on Sunday by the three member panel led by Justice Dauda Williams and held that the People's Democratic Party, PDP did not validly norminate Senator Simon Nwadkwon.
The panel held also that court orders were not fully complied with by the PDP as 12 Local Government Areas didn't participate in the congress of the party and ordered a re-run for the Plateau North Senatorial seat within 90 days.
