The former member who represented a part of Delta State in the House of Representatives and after his expulsion from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, he joined the All Progressives Congress, APC in the state.
He was later appointed Acting Executive Director, Projects of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC and was emashed in alot of contract award controversies.
"Precious Eze's Blog" was exclusively informed that Hon. Cairo Ojougboh died as Nigeria's Super Eagles were playing penalty against South Africa yesterday evening and we suspect he may have had a cardiac arrest.
