The news which has been circulating since late afternoon that Nollywood veteran actor and comedian, John Okafor, aka, Mr Ibu is dead has been confirmed.
Confirming
the story, Theophilus Akatugba, a Nollywood practitioner was told through a
phone conversation that the story about the death of Mr. Ibu was true.
“Precious
Eze’s Blog” learned that Mr. Ibu had a relapse last week and was rushed
to the hospital and today, he passed on, bringing to an end, many years of
agony, sorry and pain.
According to information, Mr. Ibu had a cardiac arrest which led to his death. He
was 62yrs old
