Socialite, Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, has advised Nigerians against ignoring invites from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), emphasising that they only investigate and prosecute.
He shared his perspective in a post via his Instagram account on Thursday, April 18, after his encounter with the anti-graft agency.
He wrote: "The Eagle🦅 will always fly so high to catch you wherever you hide, No need to run when #officialefcc invites you, just pull up and answer them, they don't bite they don't beat the only investigate and prosecute.
"For their cell bed dey, toilet & bathroom Dey, even breakfast, lunch & dinner is served so tell me why are you running..... how long will you run.... na big man location EFCC be.
"For me It's a status symbol."
Cubana Chief Priest seemed to be talking to the former governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello who had to evade arrest yesterday and took cover with the current governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo whom he installed coming to rescue him from being arrested by operatives of the EFCC.
